After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• A full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders

COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
